I was responsible for management of Santander UK’s key offshore third-party resources, ensuring contractual requirements had been met, in addition to management and refinement of the onboarding process for offshore resources.

Notable achievements:

• Identified and helped to rectify technology issue relating to Virtual Desktop Instances not being decommissioned after assigned resource left the business.

• Acted as primary liaison between offshore companies and Santander UK, requiring monthly service review meetings as third-party service manager as per San UK policy requirements.

• Developed internal Django application resulting in metric dashboard tracking internal processes within the oversight team such as resources in onboarding, resources offboarding, timesheet completion, mandatory training completion, incidents reported by offshore resources, etc.
